Craig's long weekend Retreat is back! Once again, we will be Glamping near East Grinstead in cabins and yurts just 28 miles from central London. Forest Garden is a little woodland eco village set on 6 acres where accommodation is 2 people sharing, each with a small double bed. You will be staying in cabins and yurts set apart from each other so feels like you have your own little private corner of  the woods.

During the long weekend (Friday to Monday) we will explore all aspects of our being, from our physical body to our transpersonal selves through the means of yoga, meditation, chants, breathwork and shamanic practices. All sessions are optional and you can do as much or as little as you like. Extra massage and therapy treatments available upon request
