This service is fully automated and can reach you at any time. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking.

If you receive the notification email at short notice (less than 1 hour) and cannot attend the class please email us to let us know.

Class cancellation policy is 2 hours. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack, or your drop-in credit will be taken. There is no additional charge.

‘Early cancel’ (up to 2 hours before class) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again in the future. If you ‘late cancel’ (i.e. after the 2 hour cancellation period) no credit will be returned to your account.

‘Late cancel’ or no show for membership holders: after 3 late cancellations in 30 days, pre-booking privileges will be suspended for 1 month. You may still show up to a class and be able to attend, as long as there is space.
